Attorney Dwayne Braun of Saskatoon, SK; ethical goblin

 
The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Dwayne Zachary Braun with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School.
 
The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Dwayne guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Engaged in conduct unbecoming a lawyer (What’s new?)
  2. Failed to properly communicate with several clients
  3. Failed to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  4. Failed to respond to client inquiries
  5. Engaged in a conflict of interest involving a client
  6. Failed to obtain required written consent from client re: conflict of interest
  7. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  8. Failed to properly supervise office staff
  9. Failed to timely respond to ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Dwayne!)
In one matter, Dwayne had the audacity to acquire ownership of four (4) parcels of land from a client without ever insuring that the terms of the transaction were fully disclosed to the client in writing in a manner that was reasonably understood by the client (victim).
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan punished Dwayne by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. April 2013), Dwayne practices with the Merchants Law Group at 224 4th Avenue in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
