Attorney Victoria Elliott-Erickson of Prince Albert, SK; ethical dwarf  The Law Society of Saskatchewan presented Victoria Elliott-Erickson with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan Law School.
The Law Society of Saskatchewan found Victoria guilty of the following misconduct
Victoria failed to provide her Form TA-5 proof of trust account inactivity to the Law Society as required. During an eight (8) month period of time, the Law Society sent Victoria nine (9) letters asking for proof of her trust account activity. Victoria ignored all 9 written requests. In truth, Victoria told the Law Society “Up Yours!.”
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society of Saskatchewan punished Kim by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. April 2013), Victoria practices at 15 15th Street in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
