Attorney Jeanette Moll of Zanesville, OH; deceitful Dumbo

The state of Ohio presented Jeanette Marie Moll with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from The Ohio State University Law School.

The Ohio Supreme Court Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline found Jeanette guilty of the following misconduct in her quest to dupe the voters into electing her to a seat on the 5th District Court of Appeals.

During her campaign for a judgeship, Jeanette published a flyer that gave the voters the false and misleading impression that she was currently serving as an elected or appointed judicial officer. On the front page of her sham flyer, below the heading entitled, “Jeanette Moll for Judge,” Jeanette is depicted in a photograph wearing a judicial robe. No text accompanied the photo to indicate whether Jeanette was a current or former judge or magistrate.

Well before she distributed her sham flyer, Jeanette did on occasion serve as a magistrate for the Guernsey County Court of Common Pleas; however, she had not served as a magistrate for five (5) years prior to her attempt to dupe the voters.

There was no dispute that in her zeal to obtain a judgeship that would have paid her $132,000 per year that, Jeannette knowingly attempted to deceive the voters by falsely portraying herself as a sitting judicial officer.

Fortunately, the voters told Jeanette to take a hike in November 2011, when they elected her opponent. However, all is not lost since Jeanette still has he law license which will allow her the opportunity to earn a dishonest living.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Jeanette by gifting her with a complimentary $1,000 fine and an assessment of $2,500 in attorney fees.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Jeanette practices at 803 Market Street in Zanesville, Ohio.
