Attorney Charles Hoover of Snohomish, WA; certified thief  The state of Arizona presented Charles R. Hoover with a law license in 1957.
The Arizona State Bar found Charles guilty of the following misconduct.
While working on a complex real estate transaction on behalf of an Arizona Savings & Loan, Charles misappropriated (stole) large sums and frequently billed for personal expenses.
Charles’ law firm later returned in excess of $100,000 to clients.
Because Attorney Misfits in Arizona are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Charles was never criminal charged for grand theft.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. April 2013) Charles practices at 15425 Broadway Avenue in Snohomish, Washington.
