Attorney James Margullis of Boulder; convicted thief

The state of Colorado presented Roger Harned Moore with a law license in 2009. James received a law license from the State of Missouri in 2004.

Disciplinary Counsel found James guilty of the following misconduct.

James was arrested after he became extremely intoxicated at a local restaurant and could not pay the restaurant’s bill. James subsequently plead guilty to the charge of Theft under $500, a second-degree misdemeanor.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfit sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Roger by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 180-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to James.

As we speak (ca. May 2013), James practices at 1924 Broadway in Boulder, Colorado.
