Attorney Wilbur Litton of High Point, NC; ethical dwarf

 
The state of North Carolina presented Wilbur Litton, Jr. with a law license in 1998.
 
The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar charged Wilbur with the following misconduct
  1. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney office staff
  2. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  3. Failed to specifically identify client funds in disbursing fees to himself
  4. Failed to safeguard client funds
Over a period of three years, Wilbur maintained an attorney trust account with Bank of America. However, Wilbur failed to perform quarterly or monthly reconciliations of the account as required. He also failed to maintain specific client ledgers which accurately tracked deposits and withdrawals of client funds.
 
All that’s left now is for the North his egregious misconduct
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Wilbur resides in the High Point, North Carolina area.
