Judge Peter Wadel of Ludington, MI; ethical elf

The state of Michigan presented Peter J. Wadel with a law license in 1973.

The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.

Prior to ascending to the bench, Peter found it acceptable to neglect a legal matter entrusted to him by a client. Of course such conduct will normally lead to a job sitting in judgment of others. How cool is that?

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Peter by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (ca. April 2013), Peter is now employed as the Chief Judge of the 79th District Court located at 304 East Ludington Avenue in Ludington, Michigan.
