Attorney Thomas Find of Menasha, WI; repeat offender

The state of Wisconsin presented Thomas J. Fink with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from Marquette University Law College.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence
  • Failed to file written reply to grievance with OLR (Up Yours, said Thomas!)
  • Failed to respond to client’s inquiries
  • Failed to keep client apprised of the status of legal matter
In one matter, the personal representative for a deceased's estate hired Thomas to probate the estate, which consisted of a home, personal possessions within the home, and a single bank account.

For over eighteen (18) months Thomas did little if anything in the matter other than filing the initial documents with the probate court.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Thomas’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2013), Thomas practices with the Fink Law Offices at 319 Winnebago Avenue in Menasha, Wisconsin.
