Attorney Peter Coladarci of Chicago; scammer

The state of Illinois presented Peter Reynolds Coladarci with a law license in 1982.

The Disciplinary Commission found Peter guilty of the following misconduct.

Peter found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law while his license was suspended. In one matter, Peter the Scammer wrote an appellate brief on behalf of a client and filed the brief using the name of an attorney who was in fact authorized to practice law.

If Peter had illegally engaged in the practice of law in California, he could have been charged with a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Peter by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Peter practices with Peter R. Coladarci Ltd. at 221 North La Salle Street in Chicago, Illinois.

Warning: Peter does not carry legal malpractice insurance
