The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Bill guilty of the following misconduct.
Bill employed his brother to work at his law firm. The problem was that Bill’s brother’s law license was revoked for engaging in a variety of egregious misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Bill by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Bill practices at 38797 Lancaster Drive in Farmington Hills, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
