Attorney Carol Case of Grand Rapids, MI; ethic dwarf

The state of Michigan presented Carol J. Case with a law license in 1980.

The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Neglected a legal matter entrusted to her
  • Failed to refund unearned retainer to client
  • Failing cooperate with ethics investigation (Up yours, said Carol!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013), Carol practices with Chase & Bylenga PLLC at 77 Monroe Center Street in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
