The state of Michigan presented Steven c. Kirschner with a law license in 1979.
 
The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Steven guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to seek client’s objectives
  2. Failed to return unearned fees (crook)
  3. Failed to advise client of settlement negotiations
  4. Misappropriated (stole) client funds
  5. Knowingly lied to ethics investigators
Steven’s failure to seek his client’s lawful objectives related to his so-called representation involving probate, domestic relations, real estate, collection and bankruptcy matters. Steven is an equal-opportunity loser!
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Steven by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Steven continues to practice in the Union Lake, Michigan area.
