The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.
Martin found it acceptable to misappropriate (steal) over $5,000 paid by his clients to his law firm.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Martin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
