Attorney Martin Testasecca of Farmington, MI; thief

The state of Michigan presented Martin E. Testasecca with a law license in 1984.

The Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board found Martin guilty of the following misconduct.

Martin found it acceptable to misappropriate (steal) over $5,000 paid by his clients to his law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Martin by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013), William practices at 33110 Grand River Avenue in Farmington, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
