Attorney Rolando Andrade of San Antonio; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Rolando Andrade with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

The 224th District Court of Bexar County found Rolando guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Rolando failed to promptly return funds to his client after he was discharged by the client.

Rolando was ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution to his client (victim) for retaining fees he wasn’t entitled too.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Rolando by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Rolando practices law at 108 Ogden Street in San Antonio, Texas.
