Attorney Jeffrey Hap of Jupiter, FL; moronic liar  
The state of Florida presented Jeffrey Hap with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Brooklyn Law School.
The State Bar of Florida found Jeffrey guilty of the following misconduct.
Jeffrey disseminated a direct mail advertisement in the form of a letter, which stated, “Our offices have been located in the same office building in Jupiter for over 30 years, where we service the Jupiter and surrounding communities."
The problem with Jeffrey’s advertisement was that it was a material misrepresentation of fact and constituted a false, misleading, and deceptive communication about his services. Put simply, Jeffrey’s a damn liar.
In truth, Jeffrey had only been practicing for nine (9) years and not the 30 years he falsely claimed in his deceitful add.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Jeffrey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Jeffrey practices at 824 West Indiantown Road in Jupiter, Florida.
