The state of Michigan presented Kevin M. Schneider with a law license in 1997.
Tri-County Hearing Panel #106 found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.
Kevin was convicted of negligent homicide and for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol (DUI).
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Kevin practices with the Law Offices of Kevin Schneider PC at 38550 Garfield Road in Clinton Township, Michigan.
