Tri-County Hearing Panel #59 found Randall guilty of the following misconduct.
Randall failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker) and promptness in his so-called representation of a client (victim)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Attorney Disciplinary Board punished Randall by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
