Attorney Ronald Harden of Terrell, TX; repeat offender

The state of Texas presented Ronald Evans Hardenwith a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School.

The Disciplinary Committee found Ronald guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ronald was hired to defend a client involved in a criminal prosecution. The client’s bond was set at $30,000, and Ronald was provided with $3,000 in cash to post the bond for the client. However, Ronald failed to pay the bail bonding service, which meant his client (victim) remained in jail.

Ronald also failed to reply to the client’s repeated requests for information about the status of his case.

And lastly, Ronald was ordered to refund $1,500 to his client.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ronald by gifting him with a complimentary fully probated suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ronald’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary stayed suspension from the buffoons sitting on the Texas Supreme Court.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Ronald.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Ronald practices with the Law Offices of Ronald E. Harden in Terrell, Texas.
