Attorney Frank Noska III of Palm Beach, FL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Florida presented Frank T. Noska with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Miami Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Frank guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Charged and/or collected a clearly excessive fee (cheater)
  • Failed to properly supervise non-attorney office staff
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Committed multiple offenses
In one matter, Frank threatened to file an ethics complaint against attorney John F. Golden if he didn’t comply with Frank’s demands.

In one matter, Stanley Smalheiser hired Frank to analyze Smalheiser’s federal tax debt, to prepare an
installment agreement with the IRS, to prepare an abatement of penalty request and to otherwise protect and represent Mr. Smalheiser with respect to his outstanding tax issues. Smalheiser paid Frank $12,000 for his representation. Frank delegated much of the day-to-day handling of Smalheiser’s matter to persons who were licensed attorneys.

In another matter, Eula and Marzell Mitchell retained Frank for a fee of $3,650 in connection with certain federal tax issues. Again, Frank delegated the work on this matter to his office staff. As a result of Frank’s negligence, the Eula and Marzell’s desire to compromise a settlement with the IRS didn’t bear any fruit because Frank filed to provide the necessary documents to the IRS.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Frank’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Frank previously received two (2) separate complimentary admonishments for engaging a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Frank practices with the Law Offices of Frank T. Noska III P.A. in Palm Beach, Florida.
