The state of California provided Lorraine Rosenfeld with a law license in 1988.
  1. Failed to respond to numerous calls from client
  2. Failed to perform legal services
  3. Failed to inform her clients of a settlement offer
  4. Appeared at status conference without client’s authorization after she was fired
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lorraine’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She was previously disciplined as follows:
 
1993 – Complimentary period of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct
1994 – Complimentary period of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct
1996 – Complimentary period of probation for engaging in a variety of misconduct
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Lorraine by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.
 
In truth, the comedians sitting on the California Bar Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Lorraine.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Lorraine practices at 2131 South El Camino Real in Oceanside, California, which is in San Diego County.
