Attorney Kenneth Collins of Los Angeles; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Kenneth Lee Collins with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Kenneth guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kenneth failed to comply with several probation conditions, including filing quarterly reports, attending ethics or client trust account school, and taking a course in law office management and attorney-client relations.

In another matter, Kenneth failed to properly supervise a secretary in his office who forged signatures on client settlement checks. He also failed to diligently purse a client’s civil case (slacker).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Kenneth by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Kenneth practices at 2975 Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles, California.
