Attorney Warner Hodges of Cumming, GA; scofflaw

The state of Georgia presented Warner Russell Hodges with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Warner thought it was cute to agree to represent a client in a Tennessee divorce proceeding while his Tennessee law license was inactive. Warner thereby held himself out as authorized to practice law in Tennessee when, in fact, he was not.

Warner is lucky he didn’t engage in this type of unlawful conduct in California, because if he did he could have been criminally charged with a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Warner by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Warner practices with the Hodges Law Firm at 418 Pirkle Ferry Road in Cumming, Georgia.
