Attorney Matthews Bark of Orlando; potty mouth bully

The state of Florida presented Matthews Ryan Bark with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Florida Bar found Matthews guilty of the following misconduct.

Over the period of several months, Matthews engaged in abusive and improper conduct in hearings before the Florida Dept of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.

When Matthews disagreed with a ruling before the Department, he exhibited a pattern of agitation, obscene language, personal attacks on Department personnel, and disruptive behavior.

In another matter, Matthews conducted himself in an abusive and improper matter in Judge Terry T. Neal’s courtroom. When he disagreed with the judge’s ruling, Matthews demanded that the court deputies arrest the judge. However, it was in fact Matthews who was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Matthews by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Potty Mouth Matthews practices with Richardson & Bark at 126 East Jefferson Street in Orlando, Florida.

On his self-serving website at www.scottrichardsonlaw.com, there is no mention of Bark’s misconduct as aforementioned. Apparently, the firm decided to conceal this information in an effort to not limit its future victim pool.
