The state of Wisconsin presented Eric L. Crandall with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from William Mitchell Law School.
 
The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.
 
As a consequence of her misconduct, the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Eric practices with Crandall Law Offices SC at 1237 Knowles Avenue North in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
  1. Neglected client matters
  2. Failed to appear at client’s court hearings
  3. Failed to comply with discovery rules
  4. Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Eric!)
  5. Failed to notify OLR of a 20-day suspension he received from Minnesota Supreme Court for engaging in a variety of misconduct
