Attorney Frank Eymard of Katy, TX; tax cheat, crook

The state of Louisiana presented Frank Christopher Eymard with a law license in 2000.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Frank guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  2. Collected a clearly unreasonable fee (crook)
  3. Filed a false income tax return
Frank found it acceptable to charge and then collect a clearly excessive in connection with succession matter. Frank then failed to report the excessive fee he collected on his tax return.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary 180-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Frank is employed by Phillips 66 Company in Katy, Texas.
