The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Kathleene guilty of the following misconduct.
Failed to respond to disciplinary complaint (Up Yours, said David!)
Failed to comply with a subpoena served on him by the disciplinary board
On numerous occasions, David refused to respond to requests from the Disciplinary Board in regards to an ethics complaint filed against him.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Clay by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. March 2013), David practices with Leiser, Leiser & Hennessey, PLLC at 8229 Boone Blvd. in Tysons Corner, Virgina.
