Attorney Andrea Long of Richmond, VA; ethical misfit

 
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Andrea Celestine Long guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to safeguard client funds
  2. Failed to deposit client funds in a client trust account
  3. Failed to perform monthly reconciliations of client trust accounts as required
In one instance, Andrea wrote a check that bounced (rubber) due to insufficient funds.
 
Because Attorney Misfits in Virginia are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Andrea was never criminally charged for writing bad checks.
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Andrea by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Andrea practices with The James B. Long Law Center at 1805 Monument Avenue in Richmond, Virginia.
