Attorney Mark Tyslenko, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, MI; thief

The state of Michigan provided Mark J. Tyslenko, Jr. with a law license in 2001.

The Attorney Discipline Board, Tri-Valley Hearing Panel #1 found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Failed to deposit legal fees and advance costs into client trust account
  3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  4. Engaged in conduct in violation of criminal laws
  5. Conduct exposed legal profession/courts to contempt or reproach
  6. Engaged in conduct contrary to justice, ethics, or good morals
Mark found it acceptable to convert attorney fees that were owed to his employer to his own personal use. In particular, Mark failed to notify a third person when finds in which that person had a lawful interest were received.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2013), Mark practices at 201 South University Avenue in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
