Attorney Charles Hanna of Orem, UT; ethical gremlin

 
The state of Utah presented Charles W. Hanna with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) Law School.
 
The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Charles guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Charged a clearly excessive or unreasonable fee (cheater)
  2. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  3. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  4. Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Charles by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. .
 
As we speak (ca. February 2013), Charles practices at 255 South Orem Blvd in Orem, Utah.
