Attorney Robert Hilder of Salt Lake City; ethical goblin

The state of Utah presented Robert K. Hilder with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to communicate with client
  4. Charged client an unreasonable fee
  5. Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another
  6. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  7. Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon being fired
  8. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary authorities (Up Yours, said Robert!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2013), Robert practices with Hilder McCosh PC at 2319 Foothill Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah.
