Attorney Gary Marsh of Buena Vista, CO; convicted moron

The state of California provided Gary Lloyd Marsh with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

The California Bar Court found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Gary pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of brandishing a firearm.

In another matter involving four civil lawsuits, Gary failed to communicate with clients. He also failed to provide competent representation (moron). One of the cases was dismissed after Gary failed to respond to a discovery request, a motion to compel discovery and a motion for summary judgment. To make matters worse, Gary failed to appear for the hearing regarding the dismissal of his client’s lawsuit.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2013) Gary practices with Marsh, Parlin & Associates LLP at 907 South Main Street in Buena Vista, Colorado.
