Attorney Bartkes Yehhiayan of Glendale, CA; ethical elf
The state of California provided Bartkes Boghos Yeghiayan with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from Lincoln University Law School, a 4th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted to mainstream schools like USC, UC Davis, UCLA or Stanford.
The California Bar Court found Bartkes guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Yehhiayan settled a personal injury case with the insurer of a third party driver; however, he failed to reimburse his client’s insurer nearly $4,000 in medical bills for than five (5) years.
In the same matter, Yehhiayan misappropriated (stole) funds from his client trust account and failed to respond to his client’s inquires regarding the status of his legal matter.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Yehhiayan’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary private reproval for misconduct involving his trust account.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Bartkes by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the California Bar Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Bartkes.
As we speak (ca. February 2013) Bartkes practices at 535 North Brand Avenue in Glendale, California.
