Attorney Burke Webb of Marcellus, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan provided Burke H. Webb with a law license in 1962.

The Attorney Grievance Commission found Burke guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  2. Failed to further his client’s legal objectives
  3. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
In one matter, Burke represented a client in an automobile accident case. During his so-called representation of the client (victim), Burke failed to take appropriate steps to further his client’s legal objects. Burke also failed to make time claims and submit notifications to his client’s insurance carrier.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Burke by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand

As we speak (ca. February 2013) Burke practices at 185 South Jones Street in Marcellus, Michigan.
