Attorney Suzanne Engelhardt of Plainsboro, NJ; potty-mouth moron  
The state of New Jersey presented Suzanne L. Engelhardt with a law license in 1991.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Suzanne guilty of the following misconduct
Over a period of five (5) years, Suzanne found it acceptable to engage in the unauthorized practice of law even though she wasn’t licensed to do so. Had Suzanne so acted in Calfiornia, she could have been charged with one or more felonies.
When charged with practicing without a license, Suzanne had the chutzpah to defend her conduct by claiming that she was unaware that she was violating the law. Pleading ignorance of the law! How cool is that?
During a phone call with ethics investigator Stroz testified as follows at the disciplinary hearing:
Stroz: Engelhardt questioned that since she paid the lawyers fee why she had to appear for an ethics interview. I told her that she was required to appear or else she can be held in violation of the rules.
Suzanne said, “I was an asshole and that I was fucking harassing her and she did not want to come to the meet>”
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Suzanne by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. February 2013) Suzanne practices as the managing attorney of the Consumer Law Project located in Newark, New Jersey.
