Attorney Michael Aaron of Tucson; cheater
The state of Arizona presented Michael Aaron with a law license in 1991after he graduated from the University Of Montana Law School in 1988. Michael also received a law license from the state of Montana in 1988.
The Arizona State Bar found Michael guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.
At the time of his misconduct, Michael worked as an associate with the law firm of Jacob and Fishbein.
Subsequently, Michael was hired by a client in a divorce matter. The client paid Michael a $1,000 retainer; however, Michael only turned over $500 to the law firm by falsely claiming that he had only received $500 from the client.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Michael by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. February 2013) Michael practices with Aaron and Rogers PC at 6700 North Oracle Road in Tucson, Arizona.
