Attorney Eric Seabrook of Columbus, OH; moronic scofflaw  The state of Ohio presented Eric Maurice Seabrook with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.
As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary1-year suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Eric practices at 336 South High Street in Columbus, Ohio.
In one matter, Eric represented a client in regards to a child support matter. Eric subsequently accepted payment from the client in the support matter and appeared before a domestic relations court magistrate judge during a time that his law license was suspended.
In addition, Eric represented another client in court involving a eviction proceeding even though his law license was suspended.
Eric refused to respond to inquires from disciplinary counsel investigators. In short, Eric told them “Up Yours!”

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Eric was never criminally prosecuted for engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
