Attorney Theopalis Gregory of Wilmington, DE; ethical misfit

The state of Delaware presented Theopalis K. Gregory with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of Florida Law School.

The Delaware Supreme court found Theopalis guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Engaged in negligent conduct in regards to accounting for client funds
  3. Failed to properly supervise bookkeeper he employed
  4. Failed to pay federal, state and city payroll taxes
As a consequence of his misconduct, apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Theopalis by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2013) Theopalis practices at 2227 North Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

On his self-serving website at www.theopalis10.com, Theopalis makes no mention of the misconduct aforementioned. Apparently he decided to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.
