Attorney Earl McNeal of Columbus, OH; thief

The state of Ohio presented Earl Darren McNeal with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Earl guilty of the following misconduct
  1. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary investigators (Up Yours, said Earl!)
  2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  3. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
While Earl was a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve JAG Corps, he was forced to resign to avoid being court-martialed.

Earl’s misconduct in the Air Force Reserve came about when he found it acceptable to submit false timesheets as to the hours he worked. He also improperly used his government LexisNexis account for his private law practice.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Earl by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

It must be comforting to the folks in Columbus to know that there is yet another criminal practicing law in their area compliments of the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court

As we speak (ca. February 2013) Steven at 100 East Main Street in Columbus, Ohio.
