Attorney Kathleen Mezher of Cincinnati; ethical dwarf

The state of Ohio presented Kathleen Donohoe Mezher with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Cincinnati Bar Association Grievance Committee found Kathleen guilty of the following misconduct.

Kathleen found it acceptable to charge a client for an initial consultation that was advertised as free on the law firm’s website.

Kathleen also found it convenient to not communicate to the client the basis for this sham legal fee. Obviously, Kathleen the Loser couldn’t do so because there was no lawful manner to justify charging a client a fee when one advertises that the services are free.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Kathleen by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. January 2013) Kathleen practices with Kathleen Mezher & Associates at 8075 Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio.
