The state of Arizona provided Greg R. Davis with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Emory University Law School.
 
The Arizona State Bar found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to timely disburse settlement monies to client’s medical providers
  2. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  3. Failed to properly supervise office staff
  4. Failed to conduct required monthly 3-way reconciliations of trust account statements
  5. Repeatedly engaged in negligent conduct
  6. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  7. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  8. Failed to maintain complete records of client trust accounts
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 
 
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Greg practices with Davis Limited PLLC at 11111 North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
