The state of Illinois presented Andrew Joseph Rukavina with a law license in 1983.
The Disciplinary Commission found Andrew guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Andrew failed to disclose his financial interests in a title insurance company and in a survey company to his residential real estate clients.
In addition, Andrew cheerfully employed deceptive advertising practices to procure clients.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Andrew by gifting him with a complimentary 150-day suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Andrew practices at 26843 North Sky Crest Drive in Mundelein, Illinois.
