Attorney Stephen Shepard of Huntington Beach, CA; convicted drunk

The state of California provided Stephen Patrick Shepard with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Western State University Law School in Fullerton, California.

The California Bar Court found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

Stephen was previously given a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension for his conviction for driving under the influence (DUI).

The complimentary stayed 30-day suspension came about as a result of Stephen’s first DUI conviction. At that time he promised that he would never again drive while he was drunk. The State Bar should have known Stephen was lying because his lips were moving when he made said promise.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary 30-daysuspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2013) Stephen practices at 7755 Center Avenue in Huntington Beach, California.
