Attorney Thomas Bucci, Jr. of Bridgeport, CT; serial offender
The state of Connecticut provided Thomas Bucci, Jr. with a law license in 1995.
The Statewide Grievance Committee found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct.
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Thomas’ 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Thomas received complimentary reprimands on three occasions from the comedians sitting on the Statewide Grievance Commission for engaging in a variety of misconduct as set forth below.
In one matter, Thomas was hired to pursue civil matters against a credit card company and others. Thomas took no action in the matters and as a result he was personally sued by the credit card company.
In addition, Thomas failed to answer the grievance complaint as required. Put simply, Thomas told the Grievance Commission, “Up Yours!”
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Thomas by gifting him with his 4th complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Thomas practices at 183 Livingston Place in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
