The state of Ohio presented Michele Lynn Gregory with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Toledo Law School.
 
The Toledo Bar Association found Michele guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Failed to maintain proper records of client funds
  3. Failed to deposit client funds in interest bearing account
  4. Failed to perform a monthly reconciliation of funds held in client trust accounts
  5. Failed to deposit client legal fees/expenses paid in advance in client trust account
  6. Withdrew funds from client trust account for fees that had not been earned
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Michele by gifting her with a complimentary stayed180-day suspension of her law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Michele.
 
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Michele practices with the Law Offices of Michele L. Gregory at 4826 Founders Way in Groveport, Ohio.
