Attorney Karen Fryer of Plano, TX; Dumbo
The state of Texas presented Karen Denise Fryer with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.
An evidentiary panel of the District 1 Grievance Committee found Karen guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Karen failed to provide competent services to a client that was involved in a child custody and visitation matter.
As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Karen by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license. In truth, the comedians sitting on the Texas Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Karen.
As we speak (ca. January 2013) Karen continues to practice in the Plano, Texas area.
