The state of Texas presented Freddy B. Ruiz with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.
The District 10 Grievance Committee found Freddy guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Freddy was hired by a client to submit an application for review to the Board of Corrections of Military Records in regards to his client’s failure to receive a promotion in the U.S. Air Force.
Freddy drafted an appeal package but disregarded his client’s proposed revisions to the application and failed to abide by his client’s As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Freddy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
