Attorney David Gross of Florham Park, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented David R. Gross with a law license in 1960.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found James guilty of the following misconduct.

David found it acceptable to engage in dishonest conduct by failing to disclose to his law firm his receipt of $100,000 from a client. David also failed to disburse the $100,000 to the firm in violation of law firm policy that required all gains received from the practice of law belonged to the law firm.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics punished Jack by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2013) David practices at 18 Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park, New Jersey.
