Attorney Roni Rotholz of Walnut Creek, CA; moronic loser

 
The state of California provided Joseph Henry Marman with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from John F. Kennedy University Law School in Orinda, California.
 
The California Bar Court found Roni guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  3. Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
  4. Failed to communicate with clients
  5. Failed to turn over all client material to new attorney after being fired
In one matter, Roni failed to pursue a medical malpractice action on behalf of his client and also failed to communicate with the client. In two other matters, Roni failed to file lawsuits involving personal injury claims for his clients (victims).
 
As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Roni by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
