The state of New Jersey presented Robert C. Diorio with a law license in 1975.
The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Robert guilty of the following misconduct.
Robert improperly deposited personal injury protection (PIP) checks made payable to various medical providers for services provided to his clients into his attorney trust account.
Robert made matters worse by failing to promptly deliver the medical reimbursement funds to providers in nineteen (19) personal injury cases.
As a consequent of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics board punished Robert by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. January 2013), Robert practices at 520 West 1st Avenue in Roselle, New Jersey.
