The state of Delaware presented Mark H. Froehlich with a law license in 1974. Also licensed to practice in New Jersey.
 
The Delaware Supreme court found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to properly manage trust accounts
  2. Wrote several checks on insufficient account (rubber)
  3. Failed to promptly take steps to disburse funds in escrow account
  4. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney staff
  5. Failed to properly maintain his law practice books and records
  6. Filed incorrect responses as to the maintenance of his law office books and records
As a consequence of his misconduct, apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Delaware Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. December 2012) Mark practices with the Law Office of Mark H. Froehlich at 7234 Lancaster Pike in Hockessin, Delaware.
